Privacy Policy

MetaClean collects only what is necessary to provide the service. When you upload images, they are processed in memory and never written to disk or stored in any database. We do not collect, store, or analyze the content of your images. For account functionality, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details).

Your email is used to manage your account, send receipts, and communicate service updates. Your images are processed solely to perform the cleaning operations you request and are discarded immediately after download. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

All image processing happens server-side in temporary memory buffers. No image data is written to disk at any point. Files are processed and the result is returned to your browser. Nothing is retained after the response is sent.

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data shared with them during checkout. We use standard infrastructure providers for hosting. No third parties have access to your image data.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Image data is never retained beyond the duration of a single processing request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Users in the EU have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
